Exercise is a pain. Every day when we wake up, it's an exercise to get out of bed. We do a sit up then we straighten our legs to stand up. We put one foot in front of the other and we walk. We do extra exercises to get bigger and fitter than we once were. I wonder if you did no exercises at all, would you stay the way you were born.

Anyway, we are here to get bigger, stronger and fitter than ever before.

To build muscle you must feed them calories, proteins, carbohydrates and fats. Simply put, eat enough food to the exercises you perform.

What to eat? When to eat?

Eat your first meal as soon as you get up. It's the fuel your body will need as soon as possible. Try eating every three hours after that. Have a supplement about an hour before you train, and another after you finished.

Do a full workout that consists of Chest and Back on Monday. Bench press, Incline press, Horizontal fly, Bent over rows and Seated cable rows.

Legs and Triceps on Wednesday. Squat rack, Dead lift and Standing calf raisers, Dumbbell bombs, Triceps push downs and Triceps dips.

Shoulders, Lats and Arms on Friday. Military press, Horizontal fly, reverse dumbbell fly, Bent over rows, Seated cable row, and EZ bar preacher curls

To finish doing some abs exercises like sit up curls and leg raises.

It's very simple; eat enough good food so as when you do your training, you have plenty of stamina and energy.

Here is a simple meal plan.

Breakfast, an omelette, two pieces of toast, a glass of orange juice and a glass of water.

Mid-Morning, one cup of yoghurt

Lunch, one chicken breast, one cup of brown rice, one cup of vegetables and water

Dinner, Grilled steak, baked potato, some steamed vegetable, salad and water

Night time, one apple and a spoon of peanut butter.

It will keep you full till the next morning.
